You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting us directly:

Exchange or return requests raised through any mode other than WhatsApp or outside the stipulated timeframe will not be accepted.
Please note that there will be no returns on made-to-order products under any circumstances. These items are crafted specifically for you upon order and therefore cannot be returned. If there is any size issue, it can be exchanged for a different size in the same product.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can request an exchange within 7 days.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Items once exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.

You may exchange for any product of equal or higher value.

If you choose a lower-value item, we issue a store credit for the difference.

We arrange the pickup. Once the item passes our quality check (QC), your new product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

In case of customized exchange items, dispatch will take 5-7 working days after receiving the returned product.
- Please Note: Once an exchange request is confirmed, it cannot be changed to a refund later under any circumstances.
RETURN POLICY

All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are free of charge — no pickup fees, no deductions.

Once your item passes QC, you can choose:

Full refund, or
-
Store credit (valid for future purchases)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed
-
Original tags and packaging must be intact
-
No stains, marks, perfume smell, or damage
-
Products that fail QC will be returned or discarded with no refund/exchange
- Please Note Pick-up for exchange will be attempted twice. If the courier company is still unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area’s pincode.
- Pickup timelines may sometimes be affected due to courier partner operations and are beyond our direct control. We request your cooperation to ensure a smooth return process.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/video of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
SIZE NOT AVAILABLE?
If the size you want during an exchange isn’t available:

You can select another size or product

OR receive a full refund
CLEARANCE / SALE ITEMS

Clearance and heavy-discount items are available in limited stock

Exchanges are possible only if stock is available

Refunds are still allowed within the 7-day window

We recommend checking the size chart before ordering
REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after QC approval

Refund will be processed to your original payment method

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer / UPI
